3:00- leftover hamburger hash
shot of kraut juice
6:30- roundsteak: gf roundsteak, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, water, s & p (note: next time make onion gravy out of broth)
squash warmed up with coconut oil, s & p
3/4 tsp fermented cod liver oil
1/4 tsp DE
epsom salt bath
