10:00- carrots and chicken (prepared same as yesterday)

1:30- leftover turkey soup
kraut juice
1/4 tsp FCLO
epsom salt bath
coco honey
6:00- hamburger hash- rutabaga, carrot, onion, beet, 'sauteed' in coconut oil and water, added ground beef, garlic, parsley and oregano
add kraut
1/2 mug broth
1/4 tsp FCLO
epsom salt bath
