Wake up 7:30
Glass of water (filtered + 2 drops of ConcenTrace)
9:00- mug of chicken broth
camomile tea
11:30- lunch
Soup:
chicken broth,
carrots,
chicken,
salt-
added garlic & 1/2 tsp kraut juice before eating
detox bath- 1 c epsom salts
2:45- boiled broccoli:
Broccoli,
chicken stock,
salt
camomile tea
5:45- dinner
Soup: carrots, chicken broth, ginger, salt, pepper- added garlic and 1/2 tsp kraut juice before eating
Braised beef: grassfed round steak
detox bath- 1 c epsom salts
