Day 9 Stage 3 Intro

*** Note: I am following the AIP protocol, so while I moved to stage 3, all I will be adding will be avocado and sauerkraut & fermented veggies ***

Jan 10

7:00- water

9:00- Turkey noodle soup: turkey, thyme, carrots, onion, celery, leeks, turkey broth, zucchini noodles, garlic, s & p
added 1.5 T kraut juice + 1 tsp kraut

spoonful of avocado

1:30- leftover but squash soup
1.5 T kraut juice

epsom salt bath

1/4 tsp honey + 1/2 tsp coconut oil

5:30- meatball soup: gf ground beef, carrot, onion, oregano, parsley, broccoli, beef broth
1.5 T kraut juice

epsom salt bath
