Day 4 Stage 1 Intro

7:30- water

1 tsp kraut juice

11:30- leftover but squash soup (added crushed garlic)

epsom salt bath

ginger tea

1 tsp kraut juice

5:45- chicken "noodle" soup: chicken broth, carrots, onions, celery (left whole, did not eat- just there for flavor), squash "noodles" (just ribbons of zucchini and summer squash sliced with the vegetable peeler), s & p- added crushed garlic

epsom salt bath
