Day 13 Stage 4 Intro

1/4 tsp DE

8:30- leftover hamburger hash
kraut
1/2 mug turkey broth

11:45- cooked acorn squash "patties": acorn squash, little chicken broth, s & p
1/4 capsule BioKult

2:00 coco + honey

3:00- leftover hamburger hash
shot of kraut juice

6:30- roundsteak: gf roundsteak, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, water, s & p (note: next time make onion gravy out of broth)
 squash warmed up with coconut oil, s & p
3/4 tsp fermented cod liver oil

1/4 tsp DE
epsom salt bath
