water

9:00- leftover hash
spaghetti squash fried in ghee
1/2 avocado
lettuce and cucumber salad- EVOO, s + p
1/2 cap BK
6:00- stir fry- pork, veggies, coconut oil, ghee, broth, coconut aminos (GAPS compromise)
cauliflower rice- ghee, coconut oil, onion, broth
1 tsp FCLO
honey + ghee
1/2 T DE
