Round 2 - GAPS Into Stage 1 - Day 1 - April 17, 2015

I'm back.  I will recap my health starting point tomorrow.  Today I just wanted to make sure that I recorded my food before I forgot. 

Breakfast- Broccoli & Chicken, Broth

Lunch- Leftover Crockpot Beef & Carrots, Broth

Dinner- Chicken Soup & Butternut Squash Soup.  Added garlic to soup before eating.
